The Slip-Ons of the maXcone series are designed for those who want a classic look for their motorcycle. The “megaphone” line and the use of polished AISI 30 stainless steel give maXcone Slip-Ons an aggressive and elegant character. The die-cast magnesium cap with logo in relief simulates the classic “counter-cone” used in 1970s racing motorcycles.
MaXcone Slip-Ons are designed to provide the maximum performance and phonometric yield; the interior system consists of a perforated tube with 5-mm holes 8-mm apart. The stratification of the sound-absorbent material has been designed to give the Slip-On a sound characterized by low frequencies under 800 Hz. At the same decibel level, the tone of QD terminals is low and deep: what more could you ask to give your motorcycle a “voice” with a strong character.
QD's maXcone series Slip-Ons are equipped with the Gas-Extractor system. This system favors the flow of exhaust gas, increasing the extraction of the exhaust system. The Gas-Extractor creates a “pulsation” zone that absorbs the pressure waves generated by the motor and lowering the decibel level.
