Slip On Tourance – Mid Pipe No Kat

Description

The Kit is composed of Euro 5 muffler of TOURANCE series.

Dedicated to the maxi enduro and sport tourer bike, this mufflers are titanium made with black ceramic coated, inside it there are two inner perforated canes Ø45mm with two separated db killers.

QD Exhaust, as usual, both the inner perforated cannes and the stratification of the rockwoll cartridge has been specially design to give to the muffler a low and deep tonality, in order to enhance the low frequencies.

The end cap is characterized by the grid that is also a spark arrestor for the off road using.

The inlet cap end the end cap are made in carbon fiber, the logo obtained with laser marking makes the muffler even more exclusive.

As all the QD Exhaust products this new kit is street legal with a certification that allow the use over all the european roads, the service card included into the package gies to the product the unique warranty program with extension to 30 months.

For maximum performance we thought also a mid pipe no kat kit. The kit is composed by the header pipes stainless steel made with a central pre silencer that dampens both the noise and the temperature.

The pre silencer has the connection for the lambda probe that connects to the stock servo motor.

Thanks to the study of internal flows is obtained a kit that offers a great perfomance and a significant reduction of temperatures while maintaining the noise level within the homologation limits.

The mid pipe no kat kit is modular and it can be fit on the stock mufflers or on any mufflers mountable on stock header pipes.

In addition, our R&D department has designed, for those who want to keep the original muffler, a carbon fiber end cap that gives to the bike an aggressive look!
