Description
Full system Titanum Gunshot Dark Matter / Titanium Tri Cone
for the Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660 our R&D department has designed a full exhaust system
Lightness, sound, design and high power level has been the 4 guidelines followed for the development of this real Superbike exhaust.
The pipework is made in AISI 304 stainless steel TIG welded.
The header pipes are 42 mm diameter with two machined worked bushings where the O2 sensors are plugged in. A 2 in 1 link pipe located under the engine connects the headers to the central catalyst housing, with this the system acheive the euro5 standards.
A RACING mid pipe is also available to make the bike more fluid and reach the best performance.
the final link pipe is 52mm diameter and a carbon fiber heat shield, designed and produced from our department QD COMPOSIT, protects the pilot boot from the heat.
The muffler is available in two different versions.
The last released GUNSHOT DARK MATTER created and developed from our Racing department experience.
The outer can of the muffler is titanium made with a high temperature resistant ceramic coating, the end cap is made in carbon fiber that together with the titanium peatures make the muffler lightness at the top of category. To further embellish the silencer there is a new aluminum plate.
Otherwise it is possible to mount our distinctive Tri Cone muffler of Magnum series with thermo-injected magnesium end cap and titanium body.
The ECU Reflashing Module allows you to reflash your stock ECU directly form the OBD port. Nothing more easy to do!
The ECU-RM has a preloaded map you will choose at the moment you buy it, just connect to the diagnostic plug of the bike and follow the displayed instructions. Few easy and sequential steps will guide you in the programming process. The ECU-RM will immediately read and save into his memory the stock map, so you can come back to stock at any time, then it will load into the stock ECU of your bike the new modified map.
